All product descriptions, ingredients, usage instructions, and images are compiled with the utmost care.

Minor variations in color, packaging, or presentation may occur due to screen settings or production adjustments.
Such differences do not constitute grounds for complaint.

4. Orders and Payments

After placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.
Your order will be processed and shipped only after successful payment.

Available payment methods are listed on our website.

All prices are shown in Euros (EUR) by default but may also appear in US Dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP), or Swiss Francs (CHF) depending on your location or payment method.
Final billing is always processed in your chosen currency based on your payment provider’s current exchange rate.

All prices include applicable VAT and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
If payment fails or is canceled, the order will be automatically voided.

5. Delivery

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–7 business days after payment.

Shipping is handled by external carriers. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Exact shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
We ship mainly within Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium, and international shipping is available upon request via email.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (if available).

Beautyvuesion is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Return conditions

A return is possible within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The product is unused
The packaging is unopened and in original condition
Any hygiene or safety seals are intact
The return is registered via info@beautyvuesion.de

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
We recommend using insured shipping
BeautyVuesion is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

7. Warranty & Complaints

All our products come with the statutory warranty.
If you have a complaint about a product or service, please contact info@beautyvuesion.de.

If possible, include clear photos of the product or issue to speed up processing.

We aim to respond within 2 business days and work with you to find a suitable solution – for example, a replacement item or a store credit voucher.
